5 signs your team has outgrown shared storage

Bynder lists the usual suspects: versioning chaos, permission sprawl, broken links, search that requires tribal knowledge. The diagnosis is sound. What matters more is the pattern underneath: every workaround you build on top of shared storage is a symptom of postponed centralization. Teams patch instead of migrate because migration is a project and patching is Tuesday. The patches compound until the cost of staying exceeds the cost of leaving.
